Over the Christmas holidays this year I’m heading to Eastern Europe with some friends for an epic road-trip adventure. Yes, it’s going to be freezing, but it’s also going to be festive and jolly and interesting.
Now I need your help – where should we go, what should we see, where and what should we eat? We’re flying out to Berlin on Sunday 28th December so I plan to own the German Christmas market scene for a couple of days, then we’re thinking of driving down to Prague for NYE fireworks, Vienna for castles in the snow and we’ll finish up in Budapest for some early January partying before the quick flight home to the UK.
Maybe you think we should stop somewhere else on route, or have a particular problem with Prague and want me to cut it out of the itinerary completely? All suggestions gratefully received. There’ll be a special prize for the most appealing suggestion… 🙂
You’re a well-traveled bunch, so sling me your ideas please!
